Inner Thigh Exercise – With or Without Equipment

Women who are getting in shape often want to get rid of leg cellulite. One of the best ways to do this is with a heavy inner thigh exercise regimen. An inner thigh exercise regimen can be done either with or without the use of exercise equipment.

The most common means of reducing leg cellulite is with leg lifts. This inner thigh exercise can be done in two different ways. One way entails laying on your stomach, lifting your legs in the air, and then holding them in place. This will quickly begin to exercise your thighs, giving you a burning sensation. The second way entails laying on your side and repeatedly lifting and holding one leg at a time. This is also an effective inner thigh exercise, but it is crucial that you perform an equal amount of repetitions with each leg; otherwise your muscle strength will be different in each leg.

Another effective means of reducing leg cellulite is with inner thigh exercise equipment. Currently, the most used piece of equipment is the “Bun and Thigh Max.”. If you purchase this equipment used from ebay, it might be relatively inexpensive; however, if you purchase one new, you will receive DVDs that  instruct you how to use your Bun and Thigh Max effectively. This isn't an especially tricky piece of equipment, but you may want to watch the DVDs for inspiration and tips nevertheless. You simply put it between your thighs and squeeze. The springs will resist your squeezing, forcing you to flex your leg muscles and hold them in that position until the Max is closed. As you do more inner thigh exercise and continue to build muscle, you can then set the Bun and Thigh Max to tougher settings with higher resistance.

Both equipment-free and equipment-intensive means of eradicating cellulite can be effective; ultimately, however, you will need to create a 3-5 day per week regimen and stick to it if you want success.
